If I could change something about inclusion, it would be to further prioritize and invest in the necessary resources and training to ensure the success of all students in inclusive settings.

It allows for differentiated instruction, individualized support, and increased student engagement. However, its effectiveness also depends on the quality of the co-teaching partnership, ongoing professional development, and a supportive school culture that values and encourages collaboration.

Ideally, in an inclusion classroom, both the special education and general education teachers should have equal opportunities for providing instruction and contributing to the classroom environment.
