Warmth is conveyed through genuine smiles, a friendly and relaxed demeanor, and a non-threatening physical presence. It helps to create a sense of connection and comfort that facilitates effective communication.
Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It involves being able to put oneself in another person's shoes, genuinely experiencing their emotions and understanding their perspective.
